The villages here are very traditional with daily ceremonies and colourful offerings. You’ll experience the Balinese way of life first hand.
Nusa Lembongan is a divers’ paradise and there is a strong diving community on the island. You’ll have a great time watching spectacular sunsets after diving with our team and your new friends from around the world.
Scuba diving Nusa Lembongan and the waters around our two neighbouring islands (Ceningan and Penida) is stunning! It offers diverse marine life, vibrant reefs, seasonal mola and of course, manta rays! Our dive sites offer varying topographies and conditions so you’ll receive comprehensive training to prepare you for a range of diving environments. By the end of your PADI Divemaster course you’ll feel confident in your skills and abilities as a PADI professional. This is the start of an incredible adventure and your ticket to travel the world.
What about the Manta Rays?
We are extremely lucky to have a resident population of manta rays which the Marine Megafauna Foundation (MMF) closely monitor. MMF are a research foundation and their work includes identifying individuals in order to establish a population count, recording and reporting sightings, giving marine life presentations and much more. As a PADI Divemaster candidate at Big Fish Diving you’ll have chance to be involved with MMF and you’ll learn how to spot, care for and identify manta rays. Of course, you are also encouraged to join their twice-weekly marine life presentations to develop your knowledge of marine life.
